You have no idea. Lentils and eggplants are my favorite veggies. I am half Jordanian and half Syrian but I have never knew about this dish before. I am so trying this dish soon. Hope to see more veggie dishes soon. I know I have said this before but I would like to emphasize again that your cooking videos are the best! I make one of the best maglobah now thanks to you :)
