Pumpkin and Tehini dip- متبل القرع الاصفر مع الطحينه

Sweet Potatoes with Pecans topping- بطاطا حلوه مع بيكان و سكر اسمر

Eggplant Musaqqaa- مسقعه باذنجان

Mac and Cheese with bread crumbs topping- معكرونه بالجبنه

Pita Bread- خبز

Stuffed and baked turkey- ديك رومي محشي بالفرن

Slicing it before serving- تقطيع الديك الرومي

The challenge to take it out to the platter!

Fava beans with Olive oil, Cilantro and Garlic- فول أخضر بالزيت و الكزبره و الثوم

Rice and ground beef stuffing- حشوة الديك الرومي، رز و لحمه مفرومه

Potatoes cooked underneath the rolled grape leaves- بطاطا توضع في قاع قدر ورق العنب المحشي

Small dice Salad- سلطه ناعمه

Corn Salad- سلطة الذره

Yogurt, cucumber and dry min Salad- سلطة لبن و خيار

Wild rice with dry fruits and nuts- انواع مختلفه من الارز بالفواكه المجففه و المكسرات

Meat Pies- صفيحة لحمه

Beef Stew with onions and garlic- لحمه راس عصفور

Jews Mellow with garlic- ملوخيه ورق
