3/4 cup brown lentils
2 Zucchinis
2 Carrots
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Directions:
* Cut up your vegetables uniform shape so all the vegetables cook evenly
* Let boil on high heat then lower the heat to medium-low and let simmer for half an hour or so, until the lentils are all done and the vegetables are soft enough to blend
* Blend the soup in a blender or use a hand held blender to mix well
* Add the spices at the end
* Serve hot with lemon wedges and enjoy

ملح, فلفل اسود و كمون
الطريقه
ضعي العدس المغسول في القدر. اضيفي الماء له لنصف القدر
أضيفي باقي الخضار المقطعه فوقها
اتركيها تغلي على نار عاليه لعشر دقائق ثم اكملي طبخها على نار متوسطه الى خفيفه لمدة نصف ساعه او الى ان ينضج العدس كاملا و الخضار تصبح طريه قابله للهرس في الخلاط
أخلطي الشوربه في الخلاط حتى تصبح متجانسه و ناعمه
أضيفي البهارات
قدميها ساخنه مع عصر ليمون طازج, صحتين

this is a new soup to me, usually we do Ada bi sulk with brown lentil, this must be good.
