-Two 8 oz packs Cream Cheese
-Half a pack Graham Crackers
-Sweetened Whipped Cream
-2 Cans Pineapple with Syrup
-1 Cup Pineapple Syrup
Directions:
*In the food processor, put the Cream Cheese, add a little pineapple syrup, little by little, you may need around a cup of the syrup or less, depends on how soft you want the mix, but it should not be runny. Assembly of the cake:
Put a layer of the Graham Crackers in the bottom of a Pyrex pan, add a layer of the cheese mix , then lay over it the pineapple rings , add the whipped cream on top of the first layer until the pan is covered. Repeat the same steps of layering the ingredients until you end up with a top layer of whipped cream.
Make sure to add the pineapple syrup on the layer of graham crackers in between steps.
Place the pan in the freezer for about an hour, then place it in the fridge to chill for couple of hours, if you can wait that long to serve it. This cake would last in the fridge for three days, but since it is so delicious, you will not have any leftovers!
هذه طريقه سهلة لعمل كعكة جبنة الكريم فهي لا تحتاج الى الخبز. لا تحتاج إلا للتبريد لفترة قصيرة قبل تقديمها.
المكونات :
علبتين جبنه كريم- ١٦ اونس
نصف علبة بسكويت غراهام او اي بسكوت ساده محلى
كريمه مخفوقه
علبتين أناناس
كأس واحد من شراب الأناناس
الطريقه :
* ضع جبنة الكريم في ماكنة الخلط الكهربائيه, مع إضافة عصير الأناناس بالتدريج ، قد يحتاج الخليط الى حوالي كوب من شراب الاناناس أو أقل ، ولكن لا ينبغي أن يكون المزيج رخوا لدرجة السيوله.
في صينيه زجاجيه, يتم وضع طبقة من بسكويت غراهام في الجزء السفلي، ثم يتم إضافة طبقة من خليط الجبنه الكريم ، ثم يتم وضع حلقات الأناناس فوق الخليط ، ثم يتم إضافة الكريمه المخفوقه فوق الطبقة الاولى حتى يتم تغطيها كلها. يتم اضافة عصير الاناناس فوق البسكويت في الخطوات المتبعه. يتم تكرير نفس الخطوات بوضع طبقات من المكونات حتى تكون الطبقة العليا من الكريمه المخفوقه.
تغطى الصينيه بورق البلاستك و توضع في الفريزر لمدة ساعة تقريبا ، ثم يتم نقلها الى البراد لبضع ساعات قبل التقديم. من الممكن بالاحتفاظ بهذه الكعكة في البراد لمدة ثلاثة أيام ، ولكن نظرا لأنها لذيذه جدا، لن يتبقى منها شيئ

this is my mother-in-law cream cheese cake, she use cheery pie filling in the cake instead of pineapple..

I thought I left a Comment on this dessert saying it looks similar to the one my mother-in-law creamcheese cake using cherries .
I had a trouble seeing your video before and now looking again at your preparing video I can say this gorgeous yummy dessert is a Tropical Cream Cheese Dessert similar to Tiramisu.
