Hash Browns-بطاطا مبشوره و مقليه

Hash Browns is considered breakfast food that is served as a side dish next to omelets , eggs, pancakes, waffles or meat. We always made this recipe for breakfast on occasional weekends. My kids love it and my husband makes the best hash browns ever!
The recipe is very easy and does not take long to prepare at all. You do not even need to use lots of potatoes to make it, but this depends on the number of people served. There are many varieties to this recipes and many creative ways to cook it but this is the best way I like it. Simple and easy.

Ingredients:
*3 or 4 medium size potatoes, should serve 4 people with omelets or grill cheese sandwiches
*Cooking oil
*Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
I do not peel my potatoes, I like them with the skin on so first step is:
- Wash the potatoes well and scrape anything that does not look appealing off of them.
- Grate the potatoes in a big bowl
- Wash and squeeze the water out of the potatoes
- Heat up the oil in a skillet and before you add the potatoes, test the oil if it is sizzling hot
- Add your grated potatoes and spread in the skillet, when edges start to brown a little, flip the potatoes and continue cooking on the other side until golden brown and nice. It should take less than 5 minutes for each side to cook.Use high heat or high-medium heat, depending on your stove cooking temperature.
Enjoy with eggs ( add link) cooked any way you like or grill cheese sandwiches or all by themselves as a filling snack!

هاش براونز, او طبق البطاطا المبشوره و المقليه يعتبر من اطباق الفطور الجانبيه, يقدم بجانب العجة والبيض المقلي والفطائر و اللحوم. في بيتي نحضر هذه الوجبه لتناول الافطار في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع في بعض الأحيان. عندما كانوا اولادي صغارا, كانت من اكلاتهم المفضله للأفطار و أعتقد ان زوجي يطبخها ببراعه فقمت بتصويره عندما طبخها لنا قبل فتره.
ألهاش براونز وصفة سهلة جدا ولا تستغرق وقتا طويلا للإعداد على الإطلاق. حتى أنك لا تحتاج إلى استخدام الكثير من البطاطا ولكن هذا يعتمد على عدد الأشخاص. هناك العديد من الطرق لتحضير هده الوصفه و وسائل مبتكرة للطهي و الأضافات لها ولكني سأضع هنا طريقتي لتحضيرها لبساطتها و سهولتها.

المكونات :
* ثلاث أو أربع حبات بطاطا متوسطة الحجم ، وتكفي لأربعة اشخاص مع العجة أو ساندويشات الجبن
* زيت طبخ
* ملح وفلفل حسب الذوق

الطريقه:
انا احب طعم البطاطا بالقشر, فقط أغسلها و استعملها.
- تغسل البطاطا جيدا وتكشط بسكين للتخلص من اي نتوءات غير مرغوب فيها
- يتم برش البطاطا
- يتم غسل البطاطا ثم يتم عصرها بالضغط عليها بين اليدين بشده للتخلص من المياه
- يتم تسخين الزيت في المقلاة وقبل إضافة البطاطا يتم التأكد من ان الزيت ساخن جدا
- يتم قلي البطاطا المبشوره وفردها في المقلاة
حتى تصبح الحواف ذهبية اللون . تقلب على الوجه
الثاني ويكمل الطبخ حتى تستوي و تصبح دهبية اللون.
عملية الطبخ تستغرق أقل من خمس دقائق على كل جهه على حراره عالية.
تقدم مع عجة البيض على الفطور او كوجبه خفيفه في اي وقت من النهار. صحتين و عافيه.

Welcome Heni, we tend to forget making this dish sometimes but it should be a nice change for breakfast options.

i did not boil my potatoes before frying them. i just washed them, grated them and then fried them.
