Flat Bread With Olives And Herbs- خبز مرقوق بالزيتون والأعشاب

This is an easy recipe for homemade flat bread. I added some herbs to it and pitted olives. It is up to you to add whatever you want to it to make it your own. Serve this bread next to different types of cheese and green salad.

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
Instant yeast
1/2 a cup water, but you may need a little more, depending on your dough
1/2 a teaspoon salt
Pitted Olives, Dry Oregano, Basil or any herbs you like
A little Olive Oil

Directions:
In a big bowl, place the flour. Add the dry ingredients and then add the water slowly. Knead together until the dough is soft and nice, just like pizza dough. Make sure it is a bit moist and not tough. Coat the dough with olive oil and let stand in a warm place. covered for an hour or so.
Bake in a 400 degrees preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Make sure you keep an eye on it, not all ovens are alike, and you can estimate how long it will take to be cooked fully.
Slice into wedges or pieces and serve with breakfast, lunch or dinner. It makes a nice addition to the menu. Enjoy!





خبز مرقوق بالزيتون و الاعشاب من الوصفات اللذيذه و السهله. مكوناتها بسيطه و موجوده تقريبا في كل بيت
المقادير
كوبين طحين
خميره فوريه
نصف كوب ماء, لكن ذلك قد يتغير حسب قوام العجينه
زيتون من غير نوى, زعتر ناشف, ريحان, او اي اعشاب تحبيها
قليلا من زيت الزيتون

الطريقه
أخلطي المواد الناشفه ثم اضيفي الماء ببطء حتى تحصلي على عجينه طرية القوام
اذا كانت العجينه جامده بأمكانك اضافة الماء لها و اذا كانت طريه اضيفي لها قليلا من الطحين, العجينه يجب ان تكون مثل عجينة البيتزا
ضعي العجينه المغطيه في مكان دافئ لساعه او اقل قبل مدها في الصينيه للخبز
مديها في صينيه و اخبزيها في فرن على حرارة ٣٥٠ درجه مئويه لمدة ١٢-١٥ دقيقه, لكن الوقت يعتمد على فرنك
يقدم الخبز في اي وجبه, هو طيب مع الاجبان و السلطه...صحتين
