تطهى يخنة الفاصوليا الخضراء تقليديا في الدول العربيه مع مرقة اللحم و لحم البقر او الضأن . ولكن هنا في هذه الوصفه أطبخ الفاصوليا بدون لحم ( نباتي). أعتقد أن طبخ الخضار بدون اللحم يجعل طعمها ألذ وغير مستتر بطعم اللحم او مكوناته.هذه وصفه سهله من هذا الطبق اللذيذ. للخطوات يرجى مشاهدةالفيديو.
- نصف كيلو من الفاصوليا الخضراء الطازجه او المجمده
-بصله واحده كبيرة
- زيت الطهي
-كزبره خضراء مفرومه( اختياري)
- معجون البندوره
- قطع البندوره الطازجه (اختياري)
- نصف ملعقه صغيره قرفة
-الملح والفلفل الاسود حسب الذوق
الطريقه
-قلّبي البصل في الزيت
-أضيفي الفاصوليا
- أضيفي الكزبره الخضراء المقطّعه
-أضيفي معجون البندوره المخفف بالماء
- أضيفي قطع البندوره الطازجه
-أضيفي التوابل
-أغلي القدر على حرارة عالية في البداية ثم خفضي الحراره و ايهاغل ببطء لمدة لا تقل عن 30 دقيقة كاملة إلى أن يتم الطهى
-تقدم ساخنه مع الارز الابيض المفلفل
Green beans stew is traditionally cooked in the Middle Eastern kitchen with beef or lamb broth and cubes of beef of lamb, but this is my vegetarian version of this delicious and easy dish. Enjoy the recipe and the video.
Ingredients:
-½ Kilo Green beans, fresh or frozen
-1 large deiced onion
-Cooking oil
-Fresh cut Cilantro (Optional)
-Tomato paste
- Fresh cut Tomatoes (Optional)
-½ teaspoon cinnamon
-Salt, black pepper to taste
-Add Beans
-Add chopped Cilantro
-Add diluted Tomato paste
-Add fresh cut Tomatoes
-Add spices
-Boil on high heat at first then lower the heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes until it is fully cooked
-Serve with white rice on the side

I love this dish, I always make it when I have a 3azoomeh to have something vegetarian and green as a side dish since everything could be heavy.
Never put cinnamon though, does it make it taste better?
7aki fadi, i always add cinnamon to it...do not ask me why! but i think when i was learning how to cook, my sister sent me the recipe and she put three lines under the cinnamon, so i figured it was essential!!
all you have to add is just a dash of it or do not add it at all if you do not care for it.
but my basic spices that i use with almost all my stews are salt, black pepper and allspice.

It is like "Lubieh bi zeit" and believe me Summer try to cook it without cilantro and you will find how the dish is more delicious. I don't hate cilantro but it always spoil the taste of the food
Mona, the Cilantro is optional! but i like the taste of it and i do not always add it unless i have it around the house. Thanks for your tip....it is exactly like lubiah bil zait! :)

Lillian, glad the recipe worked out for you. I think using fresh cut beans and from your garden makes the recipe really special in a way..the taste of fresh vegetables is so much better than any other! of coures using cilantro is optional, but it adds to the taste, some people find cilantro taste is strong and they prefer not to use it.
