Cooking- ألطبخ

قد يكون البصل هو القاسم المشترك في أعداد اي وصفة طعام مهما كانت الا بالطبع اذا كانت طبق حلويات!
الطهي لا يكون بتطبيق وصفه بطريقه حرفيه, لكن اللمسه الشخصيه لها أثرها في نتائج اعداد اي وجبه.
ألحكم على النتيجه النهائيه لتحضير اي وصفه يحكمه عوامل عده منها أضافة الروح و اللمسه الشخصيه في اعداد الوجبه و كذلك تغيير بعضالمقادير أو المكونات لتناسب ذوقك الخاص أو ما تحبه عائلتك له أثر كبير في النتائج النهائيه. أضافة اللمسه الشخصيه للوصفه تغيّر من الوصفه حبى لو كانت تقليديه, و تجعلها مفصله على ذوقك الخاص.
عند الطهي, هناك قواعد اساسيه لا بد من معرفتها و أتّباعها, و يأتي بعد ذلك اضافة أو حذف أي من المكونات او الكميات و هذا يعتبر من الأبتكار و الأبداع في فن الطبخ, حيث يقوم الشخص بخلط النكهات, التوابل المختلفه و انواع الخضار, البقول, اللحوم , و التحكّم في اوقات الطبخ, تماما مثل الكيميائي المحترف ليحصل على نتائج جيده و مرضيه.
عند الطهي, و خصوصا في بداية المده حيث يكون الأنسان عديم الخبره في هذا المجال, اتّباع طريقة التجربه والخطأ هي أفضل طريقه. عند أعتمادها يكتسب الأنسان خبره في الطبخ و يكون شخصيته كطاهي متمرّس.
يجب ان يكون الأنسان على أهبة الأستعداد انه ليس في كل مرة يقوم فيها بطبخ اي وصفه ، ستكون النتيجه ككل مرّه بل ربما تكون الافضل ، و سوف يفاجئ الشخص نفسه بالنتائج.
الطهي من ألأمورالسهله جدا ؛ واعتقد انه يمكن لاي شخص ان يطهي أذا أضطر الشخص لذلك. الأنسان بحاجة الى تناول الطعام يوميا ،فلا بد من اعداد الطعام!
أفضل طريقه لطهي اي وصفه حصول على أفضل هي أن يبداء الشخص بالمكوّنات الطازجه و أستعمال الخضار الطازجه في موسمها لأنها تكون في أحسن وقت للأستمتاع بمذاقها الطازج.


To cook any
meal you need to start with an onion. No matter what you make, most recipes call for onions. You have to sauté that onion and then go on with the rest of your
ingredients. Of course, you will not need an onion when you are making desserts otherwise your dessert will be just too full of onion flavor, unless you like it that way!!

When cooking, you need to use your own judgment about the quantities
you make for the number of people you are serving, the
cooking times are not set, but they are approximate, so for sure you need to use your own judgment about that too. Your own taste does affect the recipes you are preparing. Adding your own personality to the dish you are cooking makes any recipe very special in a way and has your own magic touch to it. So I believe that personality plays a lot in the outcome of cooking any recipe, even if it was a traditional one.
There are many basics to cooking any recipe; all you have to do is just have knowledge of those basic rules. Being creative in altering any recipe to your own liking makes any recipe your own. There are no set rules in how to change any recipe to a signature dish of your own. Be creative, know the short list of rules in cooking and know the chemistry behind mixing up flavors, spices, times of cooking and the basic “know how” of cooking.
In cooking, a trial and error method is used on a daily basis. You have to be prepared that not every time you make a certain recipe, it will come out as good as it did before, it might even be better and you will surprise yourself of the great results.
Cooking is so easy; I think that anyone can cook. We all need to eat daily, so preparing food is a must for all of us. To make sure you have a great dish, start with the freshest ingredients. Try to use vegetables in their peak time and do not kill them by over cooking them!

I don't cook because I am living with my parents but I would love to do it someday .. In fact, cooking is so easy but to make delcious dish cooking should be first felt and come from the soul.

As soon as I read the first line about always start with an onion I had to comment. I go through sooooo many onions and I agree - they belong in just about everything! Garlic comes up close behind. I think this is why I have never liked making desserts because I can't cook garlic and onions to make them! Great videos. I love being able to SEE the process.
