Chinese Stir Fry With Veggies And Beef Strips- وصفة خضار صيني مع شرائح اللحم

هذه وصفه سهله للخضار المقليه على الطريقه الصينيه مع شرائح اللحم.
:المكونات

زيت طبخ - الثوم - البصل - الفاصوليا الخضراء - الجزر - ملفوف - شرائح اللحم البقري - صلصه الصويا- مكعبات مرق اللحم البقري- المعكرونة الصينيه – ملح - الفلفل الاسود حسب الذوق

الطريقه:
قطعي الخضراوات - سخني الزيت -أضيفي الثوم - قلّبيه لبضعة دقائق - أضيفي البصل المقطع - وقلّبي مع الثوم
والزيت حتى يصبح ذهبي اللون - تضاف شرائح اللحم البقري و تقلّب لدقائق عديده ثم تغطّى - اضيفي التوابل - اضيفي الجزر - حركي لبضع دقائق - اضيفي الفاصوليا الخضراء - حرّكي ,غطي الاناء و اطبخي لبضع دقائق - اضيفي الملفوف المقطع - حرّكي ,غطي الاناء و اطبخي لبضع دقائق – أضيفي ربع الى نصف كوب صلصة الصويا – أضيفي ¾ كوب ماء – أطبخي الخضار مع اللحم و الصويا لخمس دقائق – أرفعي اللحم و الخضار و اتركي السائل في وعاء القلي – أضيفي مكعب لحم البقر و أذيبيه - اضيفي قليل من االماء- اضيفي المعكرونة حرّكي الى ان تصبح طريه, وهذا يأخذ حوالى 3-4 دقائق– أعيدي الخضار و اللحم الى الأناء و اخلطي الموا- قدّميها ساخنه

This is a simple and easy to prepare delicious recipe

Ingredients:


Oil

Garlic

Onions

Green Beans

Carrots

Cabbage

Beef Strips

Soy Sauce

Beef Bullion

Noodles

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

1-Cut your vegetables

2-Heat up the oil

3-Add the garlic- Sauté for couple of minutes

4-Add the onions- mix and sauté with the garlic and oil until golden in color

5-Add the beef strips and cook until tender

6-Add your seasoning

7-Add the carrots- stir for few minutes

8-Add the green beans- Stir - Cover the pot and let cook for few more minutes

9-Add the cut cabbage- Stir- Cover the pot and let cook for few more minutes

10-Cover and let cook for few minutes

11-Add ¼ to ½ cup Soy sauce to the vegetables and beef

12-Add ¾ water- Cover and let cook for few more minutes

13-Remove the stir fried beef and vegetables reserving the liquid in the pot

14-Add beef bullion to the reserved liquid in the pot and dissolve

15-Add little water

16-Add the noodles and stir until it becomes soft- this takes around 3-4 minutes

17-Return your stir fry vegetables and beef to the pot and pour over the noodles

18-Serve hot and enjoy!
