-2 ملاعق كبيره من النشا
- ملح
الطريقه :
- ذوّبي النشا مع الماء البارد
- اضيفيه الى اللبن الرايب ، اضيفي الملح
- أغلي اللبن الرايب مع التحلايك المستمر
-- اهرسي الثوم
تحضير الكوسا
- جوفي الكوسا بتفريغه من اللب بأداة الحفر الخاصة
وصفه الحشوه ، اخلطي المكونات التالية :
- كأس واحد من الارز
-- لربع كيلو من اللحم المفروم ناعما
- بصله واحده مقطّعه الى مكعّبات صغيره
- ملح وفلفل الأسود و بهار
- النعنع المجفف

أحشي الكوسا بحشوة الارز واللحم.

في آنية الطبخ, أضيفي الثوم المهروس الى الكوسا المحشيه, أضيفي الماء و أغلي الكوسا لمدة 20-30 دقيقه الى ان تنضج.
أنشلي الكوسا بعد نضجها الى خارج الأناء, اضيفي اللبن الرايب المطبوخ فوق بقية الماءالمثوّم,أضيفي النعنع المجفف, اعيدي اضافة الكوسا الى اناء الطبخ لطهي ما تبقى من الماء المغلي مع الثوم. أعيدي الكوسا الى الأناء, أكملي الطبخ لربع ساعه على نار هادئه.
قدّميها ساخنه.
- 2 cups yogurt
-2 tablespoons starch
-Salt
Directions:
-Mix starch with cold water
-Add to yogurt, add salt
-Cook yogurt, stirring constantly until it boils
- Crushed garlic
Preparation of the zucchinis
-Hollow your zucchinis using the special tool
Stuffing recipe, mix the following ingredients:
-One cup rice
-½ ground meat (beef or lamb)
-One diced onion
-Salt, black pepper, allspice
-Dry mint
Directions:
Stuff the zucchinis with the rice and meat mix. In a pot, add crushed garlic to hot water, add the stuffed zucchinis to it, and cook until soft. When the zucchinis are done, drain them out of the water. Add the cooked yogurt to the remainder of the boiled water with garlic. Add the zucchinis to the yogurt, add dry mint to it, and cook for another twenty minutes or so.
Serve hot.

Summer: I want to make a nice valentines dinner tomorrow, do you have any ideas?
Salad, soup and main dish? I want it to be wow.
I was thinking for main dish I want to make breaded veal which I make really nicely with some portabella mushroom pasta on the side which is delicious.
So what Salad should I make with it, and what soup.
And do you have a better main dish? And what kind of easy cute dessert can I make :) .

Oh and by the way, this is my favorite dish EVER the kusa bi laban, yummmmy.
7aki, i suggest that you make French onion soup ( i have the recipe on my blog) with your dish or a very simple creamy mushroom soup.
for the salad, i would go for spinach salad with carmalized pecans or walnuts, very thinly sliced red onions and whole cherry tomatoes, use balsamic vinegar and virgin olive oil for the dressing, but make sure to add the dressing right before serving. this should be a great meal for this special occasion.

Thanks for the tasty dish.I have a technical question,when I make the yoghurt sauceand put it on the stoveit sortof separates(becomes like a powder in a liquid).What am I doing wrong?Also do I use yoghurt or labna?
Marwa, sorry for the delay in getting back to you on your question. you need to use Yogurt (Laban Raiyb) NOT labna. it is best if you use full fat yogurt. you need to add corn starch to it while it is still cold. heat up on the stove and keep on stirring until the mix becomes homogenized. when it boils over, lower the heat and let simmer for few minutes only. follow the recipe as it says. do not cover the pot at any point of the cooking, this will separate the yogurt solids from the water. good luck.
