The two turkeys waiting to be carved. The flesh was falling off of the bones..it was so well cooked...do not mind the burnt skin, the inside was just right!

We had two tables to display the food on, this is one and the other one is to the right of the picture but not showing here. you can imagine how it was, I had the same dishes on the other side too!
This is the 18 pound turkey. It was stuffed with rice and beef mix, it was so delicious! the skin was a little over cooked but the inside was so tender and soft. Very well done to say the least, the way we like it . 
Carving the turkey! it was slicing like butter! 
so yummy and so so good!! 
Now this is the big surprise of the dinner. An Apple Pie and a Pecan Pie.Those pies were very special because my son made them the night before from scratch and baked them before everyone walked it...they were a big hit and so good! on other post i will have to write down the recipes for the two pies and the turkey stuffing.
