| This is the 18 pound turkey. It was stuffed with rice and beef mix, it was so delicious! the skin was a little over cooked but the inside was so tender and soft. Very well done to say the least, the way we like it |

The two turkeys waiting to be carved. The flesh was falling off of the bones..it was so well cooked...do not mind the burnt skin, the inside was just right!
