With your fingers, spread your dough in an oiled pan. I always use non stick pans such as TEFAL.

Put imprints of a fork in the dough when making the Thyme or Oregano (Mana2eesh Za3tar) so that the oil and Thyme/Oregano have a place to stay and will not slip! The mix is Olive Oil and Thyme/ Oregano mix with roasted sesame seeds-available at the Middle Eastern stores in the states..the best ones come from Jordan.

تساعدها على الثبات , ضعي خليط زيت الزيتون و الزعتر فوق ألعجينه , أخبزيها في فرن ساخن حتى تنضج.

To make the pizza: spread tomato sauce or paste on top of the dough..I do not cook it, I use it straight out of the can or carton. sprinkle some dry oregano and basil on top of it, you may also sprinkle garlic powder, you can add any kind of toppings you like such as vegetables or meats, we like it plain cheese pizza.
After adding the toppings, leave it out on the counter for at least half an hour before baking, this allows the dough to rise some more and you will end up with fluffy dough. bake in a 450 degree Fahrenheit oven for 12-15 minutes or at least until the edges are golden brown and the top looks done. This is how it looks like before baking!
And this is how it looks like after baking. cut it into pieces and enjoy! Serve with green salad next to this meal, it is filling , delicious and a favorite in my household!
